WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
DELIVERY TIME
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse via USPS or FedEx:
- Standard delivery: 3-5 business days after processing
SHIPPING RATES
- Orders $59 and over: FREE shipping
- Orders under $59: $5.99 flat rate
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door)
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number
If the package is still missing after 3 business days, email us at [email protected] and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping address before checkout. We cannot redirect packages once shipped, and orders returned due to address errors are not refundable.
